Responsibilities

  • Responsible to secure the sales process from enquiry until delivery and invoicing
  • Correct and timely preparation of customer enquiries in context of quotations, orders, deliveries
  • Handle difficult situations with professionalism and escalate when necessary to provide adequate support to our customers
  • Collaborate with the headquarter in Switzerland 
  • Improve internal processes between the different departments (sales, logistics, etc.)
  • Follow up big projects in collaboration with the internal departments 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Dutch and/or English/German)
  • Experience in customer service or in the building industry
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office)
  • Demonstrable customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and pro-active thinking
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Empathetic, sensitive, and focused on providing high-quality resolutions
