Sales Manager

What you contribute

  • Responsible for full sales process in commercial and high-end residential applications relevant for Jansen's product portfolio
  • Work closely with the network of manufacturers, installers and sales partners to define and optimize opportunities
  • Position steel as an architectural material of choice and, more specifically, Jansen systems as the preferred steel system, in alignment with global marketing and sales colleagues
  • Advise Architects & Designers so that Jansen steel systems are specified in upcoming projects
  • Coordinate with Technical Consulting department for specific drawings and engineering assessments
  • Promote Jansen at trade shows and other industry events
  • Lead project management activities for larger projects to ensure successful realization
  • Coordinate with Product Management for a market relevant product portfolio
  • Help find new partners in key markets, depending on the status of the existing network and potential in new markets
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and agile behavior to develop the market in the Middle East

What sets you apart

  • You are based in the UAE
  • Sales management experience
  • Experience in the architectural business and/or metal construction industry
  • English, Arabic as a bonus, further languages advantageous
  • Willingness to travel (circa 25-50%)
