Responsibilities

  • Leading, managing and supporting the team to achieve optimized customer experience
  • Responsibility to organize team professionally whilst following and and adapting processes
  • Identifying, building and maintaining positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Identifying and strategizing growth opportunities with the sales team
  • Overviewing and enforcing payment reliabilities, terms, bonuses and credit limits
  • Correct and timely preparation of customer enquiries in context of quotations, orders, deliveries
  • Handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Collaborate with the headquarter in Switzerland on operational and project specific topics
  • Improve internal processes between the different departments (sales, logistics, etc.)

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and French)
  • Several years experience in customer service or in the building industry
  • Demonstrable customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and pro-active thinking
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with attention to details
  • Empathetic, and focused on providing high-quality solutions
