As the first point of contact for our customers, you will answer all inquiries about our products. Whether it’s by phone or email, you either have the answer or know exactly where to find it. With your expertise, you will build lasting relationships within the construction sector, both with existing and new customers. Additionally, you will oversee the order process from placement to invoicing, handle complaints and returns, and seamlessly navigate your points of contact both internally and externally.
