Customer Service Specialist 100%

Are you someone who enjoys assisting customers, solving customer inquiries, and managing the complete order process for our Dutch and Belgian client base? As a Customer Service Representative, you are the go-to expert, providing (technical) advice on our Jansen products. What will you do?

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will answer all inquiries about our products. Whether it’s by phone or email, you either have the answer or know exactly where to find it. With your expertise, you will build lasting relationships within the construction sector, both with existing and new customers. Additionally, you will oversee the order process from placement to invoicing, handle complaints and returns, and seamlessly navigate your points of contact both internally and externally.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an energetic professional with a commercial and preferably technical background. You have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset. Additionally:

  • Minimum MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of construction is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; at least basic French, and German is a bonus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • You naturally take on responsibilities rather than tasks, enabling you to easily prioritize.
  • You have a commercial mindset, maintaining a balance between customer needs and organizational goals.
