What you contribute

You are the first point of contact for our customers, primarily via phone or email
You always have your answers ready or know exactly where to find them
With your expertise, you build lasting relationships within the construction industry, both with existing and new customers
You oversee the order process from purchase to invoice, handle complaints and returns, and seamlessly navigate both internal and external points of contact

What sets you apart

You are an energetic professional with strong communication skills
Minimum MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
Knowledge of construction is a plus, but not required
You have an excellent command of Dutch and English; basic French, and German is a nice bonus
Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems
