Customer Service Sales Support

Responsibilities

  • Securing the internal and partly external quality of service for customer enquiries, orders as well as related demands
  • Responsible to secure the sales process from enquiry until delivery and invoicing. Jointly responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by high level service
  • Correct and timely preparation of customer enquiries in context of quotations, orders, deliveries
  • Courteous and friendly customer contact by telephone or physical meetings
  • Cooperation within Jansen

Requirements

  • Diploma or experience in the above discipline
  • At least 1-year experience in Sales Support or Customer Service with phone and email as the major channels for communication
  • Passion and skillful in providing quality service and self-motivated in solving problems
  • High learning agility. Able to work independently and under a fast environment
  • Enjoy teamwork with good interpersonal skills and a positive mindset
  • High proficiency in English (written & spoken)
