  • Support the Head of Sales in administrative and organizational tasks (HR related tasks, travel arrangements, fleet management, generating of reports, etc.)
  • Organizing the local marketing activities in collaboration with the headquarter in Switzerland (social media, website, fairs, seminars, meetings) and creating the respective documents and presentations
  • General administrative support on site as well as in liaison with the headquarter
  • Maintenance of system data in IT programmes


  • At least 3 years of professional experience in administration
  • Experience in creating social media content
  • The ability to handle sensitive information and maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality
  • Strong communicative skills as well as highly organized and detail oriented
  • Resilience under pressure and hands on mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems
  • Dutch as mother language, very good English skills (speaking and writing)
